We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also checkout via Paypal, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you used for your order. You will receive your invoice as soon as we have processed your order.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. If you order before noon (on working days), it will usually be dispatched the same day.
DHL GoGreen takes 1-3 working days for deliveries within Germany.
Deliveries within Europe may take a little longer.Due to current world events, your order may take a little longer to get to you. In this case, we apologize. However, you are always welcome to contact our customer support if you have questions.

Shipping costs a flat rate of €4.99 within Germany and is free of charge for orders over €50.
The shipping fees to other European countries differ from this and will be displayed to you at check-out.

Shipping is free for orders over €50. Since we are still a very young company, we cannot offer free shipping.

We deliver within Europe. We do not currently deliver to Switzerland or Great Britain.

Return and Refund

Yes! If you change your mind, we will refund your entire purchase amount excluding shipping costs, depending on the item.

We have 14 days right of return on unused items. For hygiene reasons, underwear must not be unpacked in order to be eligible for a refund.

No. In the event of a return, the shipping costs paid will not be reimbursed.

Items that have yet to be opened can be returned to us within 14 days.

Sweaters can be returned within 14 days. Important: A short fitting is fine. However, we cannot take back items that have been worn.

All returns will incur a return shipping fee of €4.99 for the customer.

Yes. Since the panties (underwear) are a hygiene product, they cannot be returned or withdrawn once they have been opened. However, please feel free to contact us, and we will see how we can help you, depending on the situation.
